There are several reasons why I have chosen to work at this facility. Firstly, I’ve noticed a concerning rise in drug use in Indonesia, particularly in Bali, which has prompted me to take action. Secondly, this foundation operates as a rehabilitation centre, offering a place for individuals struggling with drug addiction to embark on their journey to recovery. Lastly, I bring personal experience as a former drug user to this role.
I have honed my skills in counselling, particularly in areas related to HIV/AIDS and drug addiction.
My commitment is driven by a deep sense of concern for individuals grappling with drug addiction who aspire to recover or break free from drug dependence. Moreover, I am motivated to share my personal journey in the realm of drug addiction, especially the process of recovery and transformation into a productive and contributing member of society.”
My experience working has significantly influenced the way I view the professional world. I learned to appreciate attention to detail, collaborate effectively in a team, and manage my time more efficiently.
